Karachi · Birmingham — working worldwide
Marketing and engineering, woven together.
Digiloom is a Pakistani digital studio that plans the strategy, builds the site and runs the campaigns — one accountable team instead of four vendors blaming each other. We work with clients across Pakistan, the Gulf, the UK and beyond.

What we do
Every thread of digital, under one roof
Thirty services across growth, engineering and brand. Take one or take the whole programme — the point is that the people planning it are the people building it.
Why Digiloom
The awkward things other agencies avoid saying
We will tell you to spend less
If paid is subsidising a conversion problem, more budget makes the leak bigger. We would rather fix the page and keep the account for three years.
The developers are in the room
Most agencies hand you a PDF of recommendations and wait. Ours ship the fix, in your repo, with a rollback plan.
No guaranteed rankings
Nobody can promise position one. We forecast a curve in month one and report honestly against it, including the months we miss.
Pakistani rates, global standards
Delivery from Karachi is why the numbers work. A UK office is why procurement, contracts and invoicing are straightforward.
Portfolio
Selected work
Design, build and growth programmes we can talk about publicly — with the numbers the client signed off.
Process
How an engagement actually runs
No mystery, no 'trust the process'. Here is the sequence, in the order it happens.
Diagnose
Two weeks of looking at what you already have: analytics, CRM, crawl data, ad accounts, and a conversation with the people who talk to your customers. We come back with what is actually broken, ranked.
Plan
A quarter-by-quarter roadmap with a forecast attached. You see the expected contribution of each workstream before anyone starts, so you can cut what you do not believe in.
Build and run
Engineering and campaigns move in parallel two-week sprints. Everything ships behind a measurable baseline so we can prove what changed and roll back what did not work.
Report and compound
Monthly review against forecast, quarterly re-plan. The programme gets cheaper per unit of result over time — that is the whole point of not restarting every year.
In their words
What clients say when we are not in the room
They were the first agency that told us to spend less. It cost them revenue and won them a three-year relationship.
The developers actually shipped the fixes. Every agency before this handed us a PDF and waited for our team to do the work.
We stopped guessing which channel was working. The attribution work paid for itself in the first quarter.
Six clinics, one system, and appointments that finally show up in the diary. The map pack work changed our week.
Our store went from four seconds to under two. Mobile conversion moved the same month.
They said no to half of what we asked for and explained why. That is the part I trust.

Reporting we can actually take to the board. Revenue, pipeline, cost per opportunity — not impressions.
The rebrand and the site launched together and the enquiry quality jumped immediately.
We moved a third of delivery orders off the aggregators. That margin went straight to the bottom line.
They rebuilt our category pages properly instead of chasing keywords. Non-brand revenue nearly tripled.
Straight answers on what a realistic budget buys, before we signed anything.
Arabic and English handled as two markets, not one translated site. That distinction mattered.

FAQ
Working with Digiloom
Where is Digiloom based?
Our studio and delivery team are in Karachi, Pakistan. We contract through a UK-registered company for clients who need a UK entity, and we serve clients across the UAE, UK, Pakistan and further afield. We are open about this on every proposal — some organisations need onshore delivery, and it is better to know on the first call.
Which countries do you work in?
Most of our work is in Pakistan, the UAE and the UK, and we run programmes for clients in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the US, Canada and Australia. Language, currency, timezone and market seasonality are planned per market rather than assumed.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes, though we will tell you honestly when a full retainer is not the right use of your money. For smaller budgets we often recommend a focused project — a site rebuild, a local SEO programme, or a paid account restructure — rather than a thin monthly retainer.
How do you charge?
Retainers for ongoing programmes, fixed price for defined projects, and a percentage of spend plus a minimum for paid media management. Every proposal lists deliverables specifically enough to hold us to them.
Do we own everything you build?
Yes. Accounts, code, content, designs and data are yours from the start, in your repositories and your platform accounts. There is no lock-in and no hostage situation if you leave.
What is your minimum commitment?
Three months for setup-heavy work, then rolling monthly or quarterly with 30 days' notice. We do not use twelve-month lock-ins.
Who will actually work on our account?
Named people, introduced before you sign, with their other commitments disclosed. You will have direct access to them, not only to an account manager.
How quickly can you start?
Discovery usually begins within one to two weeks of signing. Paid media restructures can start immediately; development projects are scheduled against our build calendar.
