This policy explains what personal data The Digiloom ("Digiloom", "we") collects, why we collect it, and what rights you have. It applies to this website and to our client and prospect relationships.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is The Digiloom. Our studio is at SB 51, Block K, North Nazimabad, Karachi, Pakistan, and our UK business address is Spacebox Business Park & Self Storage, Unit 38, Plume Street, Birmingham B6 7RT, with a registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. What we collect

When you submit our contact form we collect the name, email address, company, market, budget range and message you provide. When you visit the site we collect standard technical data — IP address, browser type, referring page and pages viewed — through privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use invasive fingerprinting and we do not sell data to anyone.

Why we process it

To respond to your enquiry and provide services you have requested (performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one); to operate and improve the website (legitimate interests); and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations in Pakistan and the United Kingdom.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for the duration of the relationship and for seven years afterwards to satisfy tax and accounting requirements. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

Sharing and transfers

We share data with processors who help us operate — email, hosting, analytics and CRM providers — under contracts requiring them to protect it. Because our delivery team is in Pakistan, data belonging to UK and EEA clients may be accessed from Pakistan. Those transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and appropriate technical safeguards.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email thedigiloom@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. UK and EEA residents may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes

We update this policy when our practices change and record the date at the top of the page.
