Where is Digiloom based?
Our studio and delivery team are in Karachi, Pakistan. We contract through a UK-registered company for clients who need a UK entity, and we serve clients across the UAE, UK, Pakistan and further afield. We are open about this on every proposal — some organisations need onshore delivery, and it is better to know on the first call.
Which countries do you work in?
Most of our work is in Pakistan, the UAE and the UK, and we run programmes for clients in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the US, Canada and Australia. Language, currency, timezone and market seasonality are planned per market rather than assumed.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes, though we will tell you honestly when a full retainer is not the right use of your money. For smaller budgets we often recommend a focused project — a site rebuild, a local SEO programme, or a paid account restructure — rather than a thin monthly retainer.
How do you charge?
Retainers for ongoing programmes, fixed price for defined projects, and a percentage of spend plus a minimum for paid media management. Every proposal lists deliverables specifically enough to hold us to them.
Do we own everything you build?
Yes. Accounts, code, content, designs and data are yours from the start, in your repositories and your platform accounts. There is no lock-in and no hostage situation if you leave.
