Tripling map pack visibility for a six-branch Karachi dental group
Six branches, three Google profiles, two of them duplicated and one claiming an address the clinic had left in 2021.
The problem
What was going wrong
The group had grown by acquisition and inherited a mess of unclaimed, duplicated and outdated Google Business Profiles. Patients regularly arrived at closed locations. Appointment bookings came almost entirely from referrals, and the website had no location pages at all.
The work
What we did about it
- Claimed, merged or removed every profile, then rebuilt each with correct categories, services, hours and photography from a single studio visit.
- Built six location pages with genuinely local content: the treatments each branch actually offers, the practitioners based there, parking, and transport.
- Implemented LocalBusiness and Dentist schema per location with correct opening hours and geo-coordinates.
- Set up an SMS review request sent two hours after each appointment, plus response templates the front desk could use in under a minute.
- Tracked a geo-grid around each branch monthly to see the real catchment radius.
The review flow alone changed how the front desk works. It takes ninety seconds a patient and it has transformed how we look online.
