How we work
A process you can audit.
Every engagement follows the same shape, whether it is a three-week landing page build or a two-year multi-market programme. Here is exactly what happens and when.
Engagement
The sequence, start to finish
Week 0 — Fit call
Thirty minutes with the people who would run the work. We establish what you are trying to achieve, whether we have done it before, and whether the budget matches the ambition. If it does not, we say so.
Weeks 1–2 — Diagnostic
Paid, fixed-fee audit. Technical crawl, analytics and CRM review, ad account forensics, competitor gap, and interviews with your sales or support team. You keep the findings whether or not you continue.
Week 3 — Plan and forecast
A quarterly roadmap with expected contribution per workstream, resourcing, and a cost. You can cut anything you do not believe in before a rupee, pound or dirham is committed.
Ongoing — Two-week sprints
Engineering and campaigns run in parallel. Every change is baselined so we can attribute movement. Sprint notes are shared, not summarised at quarter end.
Monthly — Review against forecast
One meeting, one dashboard, both the hits and the misses. If a workstream is underperforming, we kill or fix it that month rather than defending it.
Quarterly — Re-plan
We rebuild the roadmap with a quarter of real data behind it. Programmes get more efficient over time because we stop guessing.

FAQ
How engagements work in practice
Do you require a long contract?
The diagnostic is a standalone fixed fee. Retainers commit for one quarter so there is time to see movement, then run rolling with 30 days' notice. Project work is milestone-based.
Who owns the accounts and code?
You do, always. Ad accounts, analytics properties, repositories and domains are set up in your name from day one. We are added as users, not owners.
How do you report?
A live dashboard you can open any time, plus one monthly review call. Reporting pulls from Search Console, GA4, ad platforms and — where you can connect it — your CRM, so we are talking about revenue rather than clicks.
What if it is not working?
We tell you in the monthly review, with what we think went wrong and what we would change. If a workstream cannot be fixed, we cut it and re-plan rather than keep billing for it.
Can you work with our existing developers?
Frequently. We can advise and hand specifications to your team, or work directly in your repository under your review process — whichever your engineering lead prefers.
Next step
Start with the diagnostic
Two weeks, a fixed fee, and a document you keep regardless of what you decide afterwards.
