About us
Founded in Karachi.
Registered in London. Working everywhere.
Digiloom started in 2019 because too many good Pakistani businesses were paying international rates for work that was being done here anyway — and too many international businesses could not find a delivery partner they trusted. We built the company to sit in the middle of that.
Our story
Why we exist
The name is deliberate. A loom takes separate threads — none of them useful alone — and produces something with structure. That is what a digital programme is supposed to do: search, paid, content, engineering and brand woven into one fabric, rather than five vendors each optimising their own metric.
The team sits in Karachi, at our studio in North Nazimabad — that is where the strategy, engineering and campaign work actually happens. We also hold a UK business address in Birmingham (registered office in Covent Garden, London), which means British and European clients can contract and correspond with a UK-based company rather than sending briefs and payments overseas with no local point of contact.
Since 2019 we have delivered more than 120 projects across eight countries. We have also turned down work — repeatedly — where we could not see a path to a return. That has cost us revenue and saved our reputation, which is the trade we would make again.
We are not the cheapest option in Pakistan and we are not trying to be. We are usually a third of the cost of an equivalent London or Dubai agency, staffed by people with the same seniority, which is a different proposition entirely.
The team
Who would actually work on your account
We are a senior-weighted team by design. These are the roles that would touch your programme — you will meet the individuals on the first call.
Program & growth lead
Sets the quarterly growth plan, owns forecast accuracy and runs the weekly client review.
Engineering lead
Owns architecture, Core Web Vitals budgets and every production deployment.
Search lead
Runs technical audits, entity strategy and the editorial calendar across all markets.
Performance lead
Owns paid media budgets, creative testing and blended CAC across Google, Meta and LinkedIn.
How we operate
The rules we hold ourselves to
No long lock-ins
Retainers run on a rolling basis after the initial quarter. If we are not earning the fee, you should be able to leave.
You own everything
Accounts, code, content, data. Set up in your name from day one, handed over in full whenever you ask.
We report the misses
Monthly reviews include what did not work and what it cost. An agency that only reports wins is not reporting.
One team, one invoice
Strategy, engineering and campaigns from the same group of people, so nobody can blame the other vendor.
In their words
What clients say when we are not in the room
They were the first agency that told us to spend less. It cost them revenue and won them a three-year relationship.
The developers actually shipped the fixes. Every agency before this handed us a PDF and waited for our team to do the work.
We stopped guessing which channel was working. The attribution work paid for itself in the first quarter.
Six clinics, one system, and appointments that finally show up in the diary. The map pack work changed our week.
Our store went from four seconds to under two. Mobile conversion moved the same month.
They said no to half of what we asked for and explained why. That is the part I trust.

Reporting we can actually take to the board. Revenue, pipeline, cost per opportunity — not impressions.
The rebrand and the site launched together and the enquiry quality jumped immediately.
We moved a third of delivery orders off the aggregators. That margin went straight to the bottom line.
They rebuilt our category pages properly instead of chasing keywords. Non-brand revenue nearly tripled.
Straight answers on what a realistic budget buys, before we signed anything.
Arabic and English handled as two markets, not one translated site. That distinction mattered.

What we have built
Design, build and growth programmes we can talk about publicly — with the numbers the client signed off.

The first call is with the people who would run the work. Thirty minutes, no deck.
