These terms govern your use of thedigiloom.pk. Client engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.
Using this website
You may read, print and share pages from this site for your own reference. You may not republish substantial portions of our content as your own, scrape the site to train commercial models without permission, or use it in any way that damages availability for others.
Our content
All text, design, code, imagery and marks on this site are owned by Digiloom or licensed to us. The Digiloom name and logo are our property. Case study figures come from client analytics over the periods stated and are illustrative of past results — they are not a prediction of what your programme will achieve.
No guarantees
Search and advertising platforms are controlled by third parties whose algorithms and policies change without notice. Nobody can guarantee rankings, traffic or conversion volumes, and we do not. What we commit to in client agreements is defined work, delivered to a defined standard, reported honestly.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
Engagements contracted with our UK entity are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Engagements contracted in Pakistan are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Which applies is stated in your engagement agreement. Your website enquiry does not create a contract until we both sign one.
